YKP is a national and reputable NGO in HIV prevention and treatment programs and research among key affected populations in Indonesia.
Position: Study coordinator (full time from February to November 2020)

Qualifications:
• Master degree in health or public health, a Ph.D. degree in health is preferred
• Excellent skills in writing and communication both in Bahasa as well as English
• Experienced in conducting field or epidemiological study in health
• Familiarity with data management software particularly MS Excel, MS Access, and Stata
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in minimum supervision and tight schedule
• Open-minded and willing to learn new skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Stay in Denpasar for the duration of study
• Willing to travel to the 15 intervention sites across Indonesia

Responsibilities
• Preparing amendment to study protocol and ethics submission
• Preparing instruments, field guidelines and manual operating procedures for the study implementation
• Facilitate the development of study promotion and database for data collection and analysis
• Coordinating day by day activities of the study implementation
• Monitor the study implementation via teleconference, meetings, and field visits
• Supervise data manager in managing study database
• Preparing progress report
• Help PI and Co-PI in developing the final report
• Supervise study admin and finance to make sure good governance of the study implementation and reporting
