Fundraising and Affiliations

Philosophy
In order to ensure accountability and protection of the people we work with and for, Kerti Praja Foundation (KPF) has put in place an international standard child protection policy, an organisational code of ethics. In addition, regarding clinical care we apply both national and international standards and these are also applied during HIV counseling sessions and psycho-social activities in the field.

Affiliations and Scope
At the regional level, the KPF holds a membership to the Bali AIDS Forum (Forum Lembaga Peduli AIDS Bali) and the Provincial AIDS Commission. KPF works across Bali, but specifically in the regions of Badung, Denpasar and Gianyar. In addition, KPF leads alongside the Bali Rainbow Community, “Bali United Against AIDS”, a collective of individuals and organisations living in Bali, dedicated to fighting stigma towards PLWHA and providing support for those living with HIV/AIDS and their families.

Funding sources
KPF has received funding from numerous agencies: PATH, PCI, FHI/USAID, Australian AID, Global Fund, HIVOS, MAC AIDS Fund, Tides Foundation, Wheeler Foundation, Direct Aid Program (Australian Consulate in Bali), BIWA, Mercury Phoenix Trust, Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, GF-ATM, Rotary Club Nusa Dua, Rotary Club Canggu, Double T Tour, the Bali Rainbow Community as well as support from local and national government institutions and private individuals. In order to ensure sustainability, the Kerti Praja Foundation greatly appreciates donations.
